HOW TO BUY

Because My Corner Butcher is a retail shop and not an online marketing organization, we can offer our customers variety. We are able to take special orders. Just click on the Ask A Butcher tab on the site.

Some of our most popular items are listed under the Products tab. All of our selections are custom cut and vacuum sealed, ready for the freezer. Items picked up at the shop are tray packed.

Steaks are cut by the ounce not thickness unless special ordered and our meat is aged for a minimum of 21 days. Access our product offerings by clicking in the signs on the meat counter on the homepage. Deliveries are made using styrofoam containers with gel packs. My Corner Butcher is your personal source for quality meats and we are just around the corner.

Home Delivery »

When you sign up for our newsletter you will receive notices about deliveries to your area. We are not a subscription service in that you are not obligated to buy our products. If there is no one to receive your order you must accept re- sponsibility for any loss. Please provide us with delivery instructions at check out. Always remember you are welcome to pick up at the shop.

A $10.00 fee is charged for a home delivery. Your order is delivered in a styrofoam container with gel packs.

At this time a 24 hour notice is needed to process your order placed on the internet. You are always welcome to order in our shop and we accept EBT payments here. Park inside the black gated area, and walk through the burgundy door. The shop is currently open from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 8:00am - 12:00pm.

To use these illustrations to make a selection, click on the part of the animal. For example click on “rib” shown on the cow. Three items appear. Then click on the items you think we want to purchase “ribeye” one selection is shown. Go to ribeye under products and you will see all the items we offer. Follow the same steps for pork.
