Delivery »

Deliveries are made by our employees using refrigerated vehicles, and are routed to specific zip codes.

Shipping »

Your order is shipped on our fleet of vehicles in an insulated Styrofoam container with gel packs.

Incorrect Products »

An Incorrect Product is a product shipped to you which does not match product listed on the Invoice.  A user error in ordering, specifically including, but not limited to, a user who ordered one product thinking it was another product is not an Incorrect Product within the meaning of this Section.  

If you have received an INCORRECT product DO NOT OPEN IT.  We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition. 

For instances where product is an Incorrect Product, you may choose to not accept the goods upon pick up and/or delivery.  In which case, we will substitute the order with the correct product, or provide a full refund if the product is unavailable.  

If you accepted an Incorrect Product the value of which is lesser than the product listed on the Invoice, we will return the difference in price between the accepted Incorrect Product and the product listed on the invoice, if you contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Returns »

My Corner Butcher stands behind our products and deeply values our customers’ satisfaction, as the vast majority of our customers have been for over one hundred years. If for any reason you’re unsatisfied we encourage you to contact us Monday through Friday at 252-335-2254 between the hours of 10am and 5pm EST or via email at [email protected]

However, we also deal in perishable products, and we do not resell returns. Thus:

All items from our online store are sold on a NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE basis unless defective or incorrect.  In all cases you must inspect the goods upon delivery or pick up. You agree pursuant to our Terms to be present for delivery to inspect the goods, and if you are not present and we leave the package at the address you provided, you are deemed to accept the goods. Once delivered, or picked up and taken from our office, perishable food products cannot be returned, and are deemed accepted by you as is, and are completely non-refundable. 

For damaged products that are not purchased directly from My Corner Butcher, LLC (e.g. a fundraising organization, vendor, etc), please contact the organization or store where original purchase was made. In most instances, you may be asked to provide your original sales receipt.

Please DO NOT return any perishable food product without contacting us first.

Exchanges »
We do not exchange food items.
Defective Products »

For instances where product is defective, damaged, or contaminated, you may choose to not accept the goods upon pick up and/or delivery.  In which case, we will substitute the order with the same product if defective, or provide a full refund if the product is unavailable.

Sales Tax »
A customer is billed tax based on the county in which you reside.
Gift Cards »
Gift Cards cannot be returned.
